Main Features
1. The cutting tolerances are stably controlled to within ±0.1mm, cutting standard industrial profiles up to 100mm*50mm and cutting lengths up to 200mm.
2. The machine uses a patented design separation system, an invented and patented air-floating feeding device structure, coupled with high precision assembly to ensure stable and high precision dimensions and a largely burr-free cutting surface.
3. The equipment can achieve fully automatic cutting without tail materials structure, the sawing table can be separated by servo motors to achieve automatic tail materials cutting and ensure a tail-free process.
4.Totally enclosed structure, the outer sheet metal parts of the machine frame have increased attraction cotton treatment to reduce noise, high safety.
5. Sawing motor 7.5KW, stepless variable speed with frequency converter.
6. The system automatically records job reports such as the time and quantity required for each process to allow for costing of the process.
7. Automatic collection of tailings and unstuffed short material collection bins.
