Main Features
1. Fully automatic CNC cutting, automatic feeding, automatic cutting, touch screen control of length and number of cuts, multiple cutting of different lengths of material.
2. Double blade simutaneously sawing, two 45 degree angles can be cut at one time, high efficiency and accurate angle splicing without gaps, higher capacity than the general semi-automatic angle cutting machine.
3. The air-push oil feed type, stable sawing speed, sawing at the same time automatically spray atomised cutting oil, to achieve cooling and lubrication effect, to ensure that the saw blade does not accumulate chips, saw blade sharp and wear-resistant.
4. The upper and lower front and rear are clamped with cylinders, the material is stable and not easily deformed, the sawing angle is precision and the pressure can be adjusted so that the hollow material is not easily deformed.
