Main Features
1. Tolerances are steadily controlled within ±0.05mm and the roughness of the cut material is within Ra3.0 (for materials cut at a width of 80mm * height of 80mm and cut lengths within 200mm long. )
2. Thanks to the separation system and the company's own patented machine structure, coupled with high precision assembly, the dimension is stable and highly accurate, the cutting surface is basically burr-free and the normal cutting accuracy is ±0.1mm.
3. Fully enclosed structure for high safety, multiple protection and more efficient collection for aluminium chips by dust collector.
4.The use of ensure cutting accuracy and tail material can be controlled at about 100mm plus not a product length. (The tail material can also be cut by semi-automatic machine).
5. Lifting air floatation feeding device (patented) to ensure dimensional stability during the second cycle.
6. The use of screw and servo pushing forwarding sawing, with the separation system, more suitable for ultra-thin saw blades (diameter 405 * thickness 2.5 * 100T) to use.
