Main Features
1. Tolerances are stably controlled within 0.1mm. Thanks to the separation system and the self-developed patented structure combined with the high precision assembly, the dimensions are stable and highly precision, cutting surface is basically burr-free.
2. Fully enclosed mechanism structure with high safety, while reducing noise by more than 15DB.
3. Multi-protection and dust-absorbing aluminium chips are collected more efficiently and the chips will not fly anywhere.
4.Lifting air floatation feeding device (patented) to ensure dimensional stability during the second cycle processing.
5. The use of screw and servo pushing forwarding cutting, together with the separation system, ensures that it is more suitable for ultra-thin saw blades (diameter 350mm*thickness 2.0mm*120T) and can save hundreds of dollars per day.
6. The use of screens as drop chutes ensures automatic separation of aluminium chips from the workpiece.
7. Special volatile cutting oil for aluminum alloy does not affect the rear welding process in principle.
8. This high precision aluminium sawing machine comes with a separation system, which protects the surface of the workpiece from scratches and bruises.
