Machine Features
1. Stepping screw feeding to ensure stable and accurate feeding size.
2. Combining hydraulic punching and cuttinging; the product is formed at one time.
3. The medium pressure block and the side pressure die can be quickly replaced; in principle, no more than 30 minutes.
4. Single punching 4 pieces, the daily production capacity can reach more than 15,000 pieces (1 cut in 10 seconds);

6. Saw cutting is cross feed, with the use of ultra-thin saw blades to save you money every day.
7. The two round holes of the fixture can be punched out at one time, and two pieces of material can be processed at the same time. However, some waist-shaped holes need to be processed separately.
