Main Features
1. This system is a heavy-duty, specialised machine for cutting the ends of large section hollow fibre column membrane tubes.
2. With intelligent operating system and dust collection protection.
3. Power transmission by ball screw linear module, stable and reliable performance, high working accuracy, easy operation, etc.
4. The sawing is done with a horizontal feed, using a linear module of motor filaments for advancement, ensuring an even cutting forward speed and dimensional stability.
5. Feeding device: equipped with two sets of clamping fixtures, the positioning of the workpiece is made of special material ABS, which has excellent mechanical performance, its impact strength is good, wear resistance is excellent, good dimensional stability and oil resistance, the feeding side is equipped with a spring-damped pallet roller to ensure the workpiece will not be scratched during the feeding process.
6. The workpiece is fixed and transported to the sawing station by means of a V-block positioning and vertical compression of the press cylinder.
