Main Features
1.Mainly used for cutting all aluminium curtain wall materials and window materials at different angles, also for cutting plastic profiles.
2. The CNC controlled feeding frame, with the addition of a mechanical clamping device, allows a single piece of material to be cut at any angle allowed by the machine, with precise feeding dimensions and short remaining cut ends.
3. The working table can be swivelled at any angle between 15° and 165°. After the backrest is moved, the working table can be positioned at 0 º and the saw blade can be lifted and fixed for slotting,particularly suitable for cutting aluminium profiles at different angles.
4. Combined with a micro-lubrication device and aluminium-specific cutting oil, the life of the saw blade can be increased by more than 30%.
5. Protective cover at the sawing position to effectively reduce noise and prevent splashing of aluminium chips.
6. Large cutting range for saw blades up to 600 mm in diameter, high linear speed and high machining accuracy.
