Main Features
1. The cutting machine uses a linear module with vertical lifting to drive the electric spindle up and down to achieve vertical feed cutting.
2. The accuracy of the electric spindle is higher than that of the conventional spindle, with small volume, compact structure.
3. It adopts PLC touch screen control, which can set program to cut workpieces, and it is easy to operate.
4. The drive motor adopts servo/stepping brake motor, and the lifting speed is adjustable.
5. The safety fence is assembled with aluminum alloy profiles, and the safety door is double cylinder lifted to effectively avoid accidents.
6.The machine is used for automotive die castings, aluminum riser and other materials. It can be customized.
7. Coupled with a micro-lubrication device and aluminum alloy special cutting oil can improve the life of the saw blade.
