The sawing table can be separated by a servo motor for automatic tail materials cutting, ensuring a tails material-free process.
Main Features
1. Stable tolerance controlled within ± 0.1mm (± 0.1mm when cutting length is within 500mm, ± 0.15mm when cutting length is 500-1000mm, ± 0.2 when cutting length above 1000mm).
The use of the separation system and Deng's patented structure, coupled with high precision assembly, ensures dimensional stability and high accuracy, the cutting surface is basically burr-free.
2. The machine can achieve fully automatic cutting without tail material structure, in the last short material can achieve the work table automatically with material separation, again cutting, to ensure that no tail material cutting function (cutting length more than 100 mm to achieve no tail material).
3. Totally enclosed structure, the outer sheet metal parts of the machine frame have increased attraction cotton treatment to reduce noise, high safety.
4. Multiple protection and more efficient collection of aluminium chips. Automatic collection of tail materials and unstuffed short material collection bins.
5. The system can be set up with memory size groups for easy recall of sawing solutions at any time.
6. The system automatically records job reports such as the time and quantity required for each process for costing purposes.
7. The system has an automatic fault alarm function.
