Main Features
1. Throughput up to 40,000 pieces (10 hours), 12 seconds/blade, 4 rows of 4 layers per cut.
2. Tolerances are steadily controlled within ±0.05mm. The use of a separation system and patented invention structure combined with high precision assembly ensures dimensional stability and high precison. This ensures that the automatic machine will not jam when loading corner braces.
3. Fully enclosed structure, high safety, noise level below 85 db.
4.With multiple protects and 3 dust collect ports which aluminium chips are collected more efficiently then will don't fly around and the floor is clean.
5. Lifting air floatation feeding device (patented invention) ensures that the size is stable and does not suddenly become smaller during the second cycle.
6. The sawing guide rails and feeding screw are fully enclosed with a dust cover and are equipped with an automatic lubrication pump to ensure a long service life for the screw guide.
