Machine Features

1. This machine is a heavy-duty equipment specially designed for the end face cutting of the column type ultra-filtration membrane module. The automatic positioning function ensures that the cutting precision is controlled within 0.5mm.
2.The power is transmitted through the ball screw linear module, which possesses high cutting efficiency. And the processing time can be controlled from 1 to 3 minutes.
3. Cross feed and and drive with motor screw linear module ensures uniform cutting speed, stable size, smooth cutting surface. And the hole blocking rate can be controlled within 1%.
4.Matching with intelligent operating system,micro-lubrication cooling system and dust collection function;low noise and no dust flying, no safety hazards.
5.Feeding device is equipped with two sets of clamping tools. The workpiece positioning is made of special material ABS, which has excellent mechanical properties, to ensure that the workpiece will not be scratched during the feeding process.
6.Through the V-shaped block positioning, the press cylinder is vertically pressed to fix and transport the workpieces to the saw cutting station.
