Main Features
1. Application for cutting large radiators/heat sink, motor housings and various aluminium profiles with a smooth and burr-free surface.
2. Cutting verticality within 0.5mm, feeding precision within ±0.1mm (profiles within 100mm*100mm), feeding precision within ±0.3mm for profiles larger than 100mm
3. Patented air-floating device for feeding, with protective bakelite on the positioning surface and a pallet roller on the right end to ensure that the workpiece is not scratched during feeding and secondary feeding.
4.The workpiece is positioned by means of a side pushing cylinder, pressed vertically by a press cylinder, fixed and transported to the sawing station by means of a bottom floating device with a material detection sensor, which determines the length of the end material and provides a cumulative calculation of the number of cuts.
5. All blade cutting and feeding device are guided by high precision square linear guide rails, the guide rails and slide blocks are equipped with automatic lubrication.
6. Environmental-friendly micro-lubrication device for saw blades, increasing service life by more than 30%.
7. The cutting pushing power is driven by hydraulic cylinder, driving the spindle box sawing motor parts along the linear guide rail reciprocating motion, high spindle motor precision, high transmission efficiency, reduce the noise of belt drive. Cutting power is strong, compact structure, easy to install and maintain.
