Main Features
1. The single cutting time is 15-50s (be adjustable according to the thickness of the material) and complete 1500-3000 sawing strokes in 10h during normal operation.Depending on the size of the material, single or multiple cutting can be used at the same time, effectively increasing production capacity by up to 2 times more than ordinary fully automatic cutting machines.
2. Single feeding 1-2s (100mm for example), adjustable according to material specifications and technical requirements.
3. Workpiece cutting precision can be steadily controlled within ±0.1mm (cutting lengths within 200mm if longer or large quantities are to be cut depending on the straightness and hardness of the material, based on actual trial cuts), spindle precision within 0.01mm..
4.Spindle motor + cross cutting feeding + patented air floatation feeding device for more stable of sawing and secondary cycle feeding, low noise.
