Main Features
1. The cutting tolerances are controlled steadily within ±0.1mm, with an accuracy of ±0.1mm for cutting lengths up to 500, ±0.15mm for cutting lengths between 500 and 1000mm and ±0.2mm for cutting lengths over 1000mm.
2. Thanks to the separation system and self-developed patented invention structure coupled with high precision assembly, dimensional stability and high precision are ensured and the cutting surface is essentially burr-free.
3. The machine can achieve fully automatic cutting without tail material structure, in the last short material can achieve the work table automatically with material separation, again cutting, to ensure no tail material cutting function.
4.Totally enclosed structure, the outer sheet metal parts of the machine frame have increased attraction cotton treatment to reduce noise, high safety.
5. Multi-protection and more efficient collection of dusty aluminium chips.
6. Lifting air flotation feeding device (patented invention) to ensure dimensional stability during the second cycle.
7. The system can be set up memory size groups for easy recall of sawing solutions at any time.
8. The system automatically records job reports such as the time and quantity required for each process to allow for costing of the process.
