Machine Features
1. The cutting precision of aluminum parts is controlled within ±0.1mm, and the spindle precision is within 0.01mm.
2. The frame is made of structural steel,which is precisely machined after welding, possessing high rigidity and strength. It transmits power through ball screw linear module, with stable and reliable performance, high working precision and easy operation.
3. It adopts our own brand Fuji aluminum profile saw blade, which has high cutting speed, smooth processing surface and high durability.
4. The sawing cutting adopts horizontal feeding and uses the complete technology of damping cylinder to ensure uniform cutting speed, stable size and smooth cutting surface.
5. The feeding end is equipped with a blank support, which is fixedly connected with the frame. After the bottom adjusting foot is adjusted to the proper position, it can be fixed with the ground expansion screw to ensure that the heavy product will not be shaken while feeding heavy products.
6. The roller is positioned by the polyurethane rubberized roller and the side bread rubber guide wheel, to make the feeding more easier and smoother, relatively convenient for the positioning. Effectively protect the workpiece from scratches.
7. The discharging end is equipped with a movable feeding platform (1200*600*830mm), and the working table is made of bakelite plate, which is smooth and durable to protect the workpiece.
8. Aluminum cutter machine is equipped with a micro-lubrication device and special cutting oil for aluminum alloy to improve the service life of the saw blade and avoid electric leakage.
