Main Features
1. This machine is a heavy duty machine special for the cutting of 4-10" ultrafiltration membrane tubes, round tube ends.
2. PLC operating system, one key automatic operation, with fully enclosed protective cover, reduce noise effectively.
3. The machine is equipped with dust extraction devices and dust collection boxes to ensure a dust-free workshop, safe and environmentally friendly.
4.Power transmission via ball screw linear modules for stable and reliable performance and cutting precision of up to 0.5mm.
5. Sawing cutting with horizontal cross feed, motor screw linear module forward, uniform sawing speed and dimensional stability.
6. Feeding device: equipped with two sets of clamping fixtures, the positioning of the workpiece is made of special material ABS to ensure the stability of the sawing dimension and to protect the surface of the material from scratching; the feed side is equipped with a spring-damped feed roller to ensure that the workpiece will not be scratched during the feeding process.
7. The workpiece is fixed and transported to the sawing station by means of a V-block positioning and vertical compression of the press cylinder.
